MR. CHUA TIONG WEI

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

(SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT)

Mr. Chua Tiong Wei was appointed as our Executive Director (Sales & Business Development) on 29 October 2010.  As our Executive Director (Sales & Business Development), he is responsible for developing and implementing sales and business strategies for our Group. In particular, he is responsible for maintaining good corporate relations with both existing and potential customers and suppliers, and for venturing into new markets to build up our sales performance.

Mr. Chua Tiong Wei is instrumental in the growth of engine sales of our Group and is active in fostering close relationships with the engine suppliers and distributors in both the local and regional markets. He joined our Group in March 2003 and has more than 15 years of sales experience. After graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Electronics in 1990 and after completing his national service in 1993, he worked as an advertising sales executive in Integrated Information Pte Ltd (now known as Singtel Interactive Pte. Ltd.) until 1996 when he left to set up his own IT firm, Cyberbiz Pte Ltd. Our Chairman and CEO, Mr. Tan Tin Yeow, invested in Cyberbiz Pte Ltd in 2000 and was acquainted with Mr. Chua Tiong Wei. Mr. Chua Tiong Wei was involved in the sales and business developement of Cyberbiz Pte Ltd as its sales director until 2003.  In view of Mr. Chua Tiong Wei’s experience in sales and business development, he joined Xin Ming Hua Pte Ltd in 2003 as our sales coordinator on the invitation of our Chairman and CEO, Mr. Tan Tin Yeow to fill a vacancy arising from a staff departure. In the same year, Mr. Chua Tiong Wei was promoted to the position of business development executive. In 2004, he was promoted to the position of business development manager and in 2007, he was promoted to the position of general manager (Sales & Marketing) and has been primarily responsible for the sales of our Group.
